Pumpkins!

Last week was all about pumpkins over here!

 

From Seed to Pumpkin 

Here we learned about the life-cycle of a pumpkin and put together our own charts

 

We dug all of the seeds out of our pumpkin

And counted them! The kids sorted the seeds in piles of 10

 There were 237 seeds in our pumpkin!

We painted our seeds :)

Gavin got a kick out of the pumpkin goop..He rolled it into a ball :)

I had to share this pumpkin picture Gavin drew a couple weeks ago. I loved it so much I ended up framing it (which I do with many of their beautiful artwork :) )
