Ingredients
1 1/2 C water
1/4 C sugar
1/4 C unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Dash sea salt
Pour water into small sauce pan; add sugar, cocoa, vanilla and sea salt. Heat over medium, stirring until cocoa mixture dissolves.
Bring to boil and reduce to simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in evaporated milk and serve (makes 4 servings)
Top with whipped cream and serve with cinnamon stick to stir (optional)
